About me

With more than 15 years of experience in mental health, I have dedicated my career to supporting children, adults, and families as they navigate life’s challenges. I began my work in crisis intervention and in-home therapy, providing direct support to children and families. Over the years, I expanded my experience into leadership roles, overseeing outpatient, school-based, and community programs within non-profit organizations committed to meaningful, mission-driven work.

My approach draws on evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), structural family therapy, and mindfulness. I believe therapy works best when you feel heard, respected, and understood. Whether I’m working with a child, teen, adult, or family, my goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can show up as you are, share your story, and work toward meaningful change at your own pace. Individual Therapy

You’ve been managing a lot, and it can start to feel overwhelming. Maybe it’s work, family, a life transition, or something that’s been weighing on you for a while. You don’t have to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. We’ll start wherever you are and work through it together.

Family Therapy

When one family member struggles, the whole family is affected. I help families navigate challenges together, creating space for every voice to be heard and understood. There are creative ways to provide family therapy virtually.

For Referring Providers

My areas of specialization include complex trauma, anxiety, stress, burnout, and navigating life transitions. I take a collaborative approach to therapy, creating a supportive space where each client's strengths guide the therapeutic process.

Why choose therapy?

Sometimes life changes, challenges build, or familiar coping methods stop feeling effective. You may be experiencing:

  • Anxiety and depression. Your mind won’t slow down, even when you’re exhausted. You replay conversations, worry about what could go wrong, or feel overwhelmed by things that once seemed manageable. Some days, you feel weighed down, disconnected, or simply not like yourself. Even small tasks can feel like too much.

  • Stress and burnout. You may feel like you’re running on empty, juggling work, family, and everyone else’s needs while your own needs keep getting pushed aside. You’re exhausted yet can’t seem to slow down, and even small things start to feel overwhelming.

  • Complex Trauma. Often, events stay with us over time. You may find yourself reacting in ways you don’t fully understand, feeling stuck in the past, or struggling to feel like yourself again.

  • Life transitions. Life may be changing in ways you didn’t expect—a divorce, a move, a new job, or a loss—and you’re trying to figure out who you are in this new chapter.

If you've never been to therapy and aren't sure it's for you, that's a great place to start, too. It's okay to start right where you are.

What happens next?

You're the expert of you. We do the work together.

You know your life best. My role is to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and help you make sense of what you’re experiencing. I won’t tell you how to live or offer a one-size-fits-all solution. Instead, we’ll work together to understand your needs, identify what matters most, and find approaches that feel right for you.

We’ll start with small, meaningful steps and build from there, at a manageable pace. Therapy is a process of growth and discovery, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.
